What are your dispatch times?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours. All orders placed before 12pm are processed for dispatch same day. Please note our warehouse is closed at the weekends to give our lovely staff their time off. Should you place an order over the weekend, we’ll ensure it's dispatched on Monday for you.

For any parts orders, these are normally dispatched within 2 working days of your order being placed. Parts orders are processed , which allows us to offer our parts as low cost as possible.
What is your Return Policy?

You can return your order to us  within 14 days from delivery date.
There is a charge for returns which starts from £3-£8. The price varies depending on the weighting category for Small, Medium, Large to offer you the cheapest possible option for your parcel.

We offer fully tracked no printer required returns labels, powered by Evri. So you can drop your parcel to your local store at a time that's convenient for you.

At this time we unfortunately do not offer international returns (outside of mainland UK), including Ireland.

My wheels have stopped flashing, what should I do?
Not to worry! Most of the time it is as simple as tightening the wheel screws, our flashing LED wheels are powered when the wheel is moving and require the screws to be completely tightened in order for the energy to pass through. If you have tried to tighten the screws and they still do not light up, get in touch with a member or of the team and we will be able to help you.
Can I fit streamers in the 3 wheel scooter?
Yes, there are small slot holes at either end of the handlebar grips, so streamers can be popped in.
How do I fit my scooter's nylon hand grips?
This advice applies only to the nylon grips of the 3 wheel & stunt scooters. Usually the handle grips will be tight, fitting like a glove to begin with. However, if you find that they are moving you can either use a small amount of glue to secure them in place, or we have found a great little hack with hairspray. Just spray a small amount onto the handlebar and then slip the grips on - the hairspray will help the grips to stick.
Is my baby old enough to ride the Baby Balance Ride On?
The baby balance bike is designed like a miniature bike to aid in the development of key skills such as balance, coordination and strength. Even if your baby has little experience of mobility, this bike will be the perfect first step to build confidence and fuel curiosity. Babies need practise in falling and getting right back up again to hone their balance skills, so don? be frightened if they are inexperienced or if they fall off!
Is the Baby Balance Ride On baby proof?
Our Baby Balance Ride On has a padded vegan leather seat, hidden bolts and a smooth finish so there are no parts that can be easily accessed by tiny fingers and mouths.
What ages are suitable to ride the Teeny Scooter?
Our Teeny scooter can be used as early as 1.5 years but beofre 5 years, depending on your riders ability & enthusiasm. The handlebar is designed adjustable, so it can accomodate a variety of heights, but generally we find the littlest of early riders prefer the hanldebar a bit higher to lean on, whilst they get comfy with their new set of wheels. It's a lighter weight model which makes it easier for early riders to maneuver, whilst also light enough for them to independently pick up and move their scooter around.
Can I fit streamers in the Teeny 3 wheel scooter?

Is the scooter height adjustable?
Our 3 wheel scooters are height adjustable via a button system. Which is easy for both children and adults to operate. We also added a handlebar clasp to secure any height in between.
How do you steer the 3 Wheel Scooter?
Our 3 wheel scooter is directed by lean to steer system. This is a more intuitive way of movement for children who are just starting out. Unlike riding a bike you don't direct the handlebar to turn. Instead your child can tilt in the direction they want to move. It creates a fluid riding experience and helps your child develop their skills and balance, similar to the movement of surfing or skateboarding. If your little one is uneasy at first it is always great to help pull them along so they become used to the movements and the feel of the scooter whilst knowing you are there to support them.
Do the scooter wheels light up?
On our 3 wheel scooters, the front and rear wheels have inbuilt motion activated flashing lights. Perfect for keeping an eye on your child during winter rides home!
How to fold/unfold 3 Wheel Scooter?
To unfold, apply some weight with your foot on the deck (not needed, but makes it easier!), grab hold of the handlebar and then lift the black sleeve up. There? a small black arrow marked on the black folding sleeve, so you know which piece it is. Make sure it? clicked into place so it? safe to ride. Once you?e finished scooting and ready to fold your scooter, again apply a bit of weight to the scooter deck, pull up the black sleeve, leaning a touch forward and the lever will release enabling you to fold down your scooter and stow away. How do you fold/unfold the 2 Wheel Scooter?
The folding mechanism on our 2 wheel foldable scooter is simple yet secure. To unfold, first open the silver locking latch, then lift the black lever towards the handlebar grips and you?l hear the folding lever release. You?l now be able to move the handlebar into an upright position. Make sure to close the locking latch when done! To fold back into position, open the locking latch again, pull the same black lever and push the handlebar folding mechanism back down to secure into place.
Does the handlebar turn 360 Degrees?
Our Two Wheel Scooters handlebar does not spin, if you are looking for a scooter that does our Stunt Scooter would be more appropriate for doing tricks and spins.
What should I look out for when buying a stunt scooter?
Our stunt scooters are designed for your child/teen that's experimenting with scooter tricks or loves the skate park, we've factored in important features to ensure product safety (quad collar clamp), optimal riding experience (ABEC 7 or 9 bearings & PU wheels) and affordability (just in case they figure out this isn't as fun as they thought!).
