Delivery & Returns
What are your dispatch times?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours. All orders placed before 12pm are processed for dispatch same day. Please note our warehouse is closed at the weekends to give our lovely staff their time off. Should you place an order over the weekend, we’ll ensure it's dispatched on Monday for you.

For any parts orders, these are normally dispatched within 2 working days of your order being placed. Parts orders are processed , which allows us to offer our parts as low cost as possible.
What are your delivery terms?

Our couriers will ask that somebody is at home to receive delivery. You can leave special instructions for the drivers if this suits you best, although we do not advise this. 

If you have made alternative arrangements with the courier such as selecting a preferred neighbour or ‘safe place’, we cannot be liable for packages that are lost or stolen as a result of this. 

If you are not at home and cannot take delivery of your parcel, don’t worry! It is not a problem as you can request redelivery with the courier. If the driver is unable to deliver your package after three attempts,  it will be returned to us and we can arrange for new delivery at a time that suits you. The redelivery will be charged at the standard rate.

Do you deliver to Click & Collect, PO Box or BFPO addresses?
Unfortunately due to the typical dimensions of our parcels, we unable to offer delivery to Click & Collect, PO Box or BFPO addresses. Please do get in touch and we'll see if there's a way we can support with your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
We can usually make changes to your order within the first 30 minutes that its been placed. Our warehouse team process and pack orders as quickly as possible to get your parcel out to you fast, so sometimes this isn't always possible but we'll try out best to find solutions for you.
What is your Return Policy?

You can return your order to us  within 14 days from delivery date.
There is a charge for returns which starts from £3-£8. The price varies depending on the weighting category for Small, Medium, Large to offer you the cheapest possible option for your parcel.

We offer fully tracked no printer required returns labels, powered by Evri. So you can drop your parcel to your local store at a time that's convenient for you.

At this time we unfortunately do not offer international returns (outside of mainland UK), including Ireland.

I don’t live in the UK, will you be able to ship to me?
At present we offer only limited tracked shipping across the EU, each destination shipping charge will vary and is calculated at checkout. If you're unable to find shipping to your desired destination, please contact us and we'll either find out a way to ship it to you or point you in the direction of where to shop us locally.
Where is my parcel?
If you haven’t yet received your BOLDCUBE parcel, we’re here to help! Contact our friendly customer service team, who will be able to assist you in tracking your parcel and contacting the courier to get it over to you as soon as possible.
