Our couriers will ask that somebody is at home to receive delivery. You can leave special instructions for the drivers if this suits you best, although we do not advise this.
If you have made alternative arrangements with the courier such as selecting a preferred neighbour or ‘safe place’, we cannot be liable for packages that are lost or stolen as a result of this.
If you are not at home and cannot take delivery of your parcel, don’t worry! It is not a problem as you can request redelivery with the courier. If the driver is unable to deliver your package after three attempts, it will be returned to us and we can arrange for new delivery at a time that suits you. The redelivery will be charged at the standard rate.
You can return your order to us within 14 days from delivery date.
There is a charge for returns which starts from £3-£8. The price varies depending on the weighting category for Small, Medium, Large to offer you the cheapest possible option for your parcel.
We offer fully tracked no printer required returns labels, powered by Evri. So you can drop your parcel to your local store at a time that's convenient for you.
At this time we unfortunately do not offer international returns (outside of mainland UK), including Ireland.

All of our scooters require less than 5 minutes assembly time to ensure your rider can get going as quickly as possible.
Where assembly is required enables us to limit packaging and subsequent waste, in order to help reduce our footprint on our lovely planet.
Maintaining your scooter and giving it a little check is always a good thing. For frequent and/or rough riders, we advise all fundamental bolts are checked for tightness at least twice a year. Wheels should be replaced after extensive wear, fresh bearings and wheel PU will ensure a smooth and enjoyable ride.

Yes! All BOLDCUBE products come with a six month warranty. This may feel short but form years of experience and testing we know all manufacturer defects show up in a short time frame. But if for whatever reason something has cropped up after this timeframe speak with our lovely team and we'll support you with this
